When you book your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details, address/directions and parking info, and a link to your secure online client portal.

From the portal, you can view upcoming and past appointments, access invoices and receipts, join the waitlist, update your contact information.

Tip: Please use your correct and current email address when booking so you don’t miss important details.

 

Note for existing/evening clients:

**To book an evening/weekend appointment, please contact Natalie directly as these times have been removed from the online booking portal to reserve them for those who need them. Remaining availability is open to the public. Thank you.**

 

Cancellation Policy:

All of my appointments require a credit card on file to hold the spot and 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule.

I am human and understand things happen, but please try your best to notify me as soon as possible. If notice is not given at all, the full charge of the appointment will be charged to your card.

As a small business owner, my income comes entirely from you (my clients) and when I do not work, I do not get paid. Please respect my policy as it is not a punishment but only protection for myself. If you do not agree or accept my cancellation policy then please refrain from booking. Thank you. 

 

Payment/Direct Billing:

For payment I accept cash, debit/credit, or e-transfer. ALL debit and credit transactions will be charged an additional $2.50 for processing fees. 

I offer direct billing to most insurance companies. In the case that I'm not able to bill your insurance company, a receipt will be provided that can be submitted for reimbursement (usually within 24-48hrs depending on the provider).
