Welcome!
I will be operating out of the back of The OEV Collective at 764 Dundas St in London, ON. There is private parking available. All other information for your appointment will be emailed to you with your booking confirmation email. This email will also be used for your online portal account where you can login to view upcoming/past appointments, invoices, add yourself to the waitlist, etc. Please make sure it is your proper email.

TUESDAY - 11AM-6:30PM
WEDNESDAY - 11AM-6:30PM
THURSDAY - 11AM-6:30PM
FRIDAY - 9:30AM-3:30PM
SATURDAY - occasionally (please contact to book)

Payment/Direct Billing:
For payment I accept cash, debit/credit, or e-transfer. ALL debit and credit transactions will be charged an additional $2.50 for processing fees.
I offer direct billing to most insurance companies. In the case that I'm not able to bill your insurance company, a receipt will be provided that can be submitted for reimbursement (usually within 24-48hrs depending on the provider).
Cancellation Policy:
All of my appointments require a credit card on file to hold the spot and 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. I am human and understand things happen, but please try your best to notify me as soon as possible. If notice is not given, the full charge of the appointment will be charged to your card. As a small business owner, my income comes entirely from you (my clients) and when I do not work I do not get paid. Please respect my policy as it is not a punishment but only protection for myself. If you do not agree or accept my cancellation policy then please refrain from booking. Thank you.
